This wedding was one of my last of 2015. The bride and groom aren't from London so their enquiry was a lovely surprise. Because of the distance, the big day was the first time I met either of them. We had our pre-wedding meeting on the phone and it was only with the bride as the groom was busy collating the Parkrun results. I was really politely asked not to get in his face too much on the day which I think is a really reasonable request. It's lovely to have your photos to look back on but having them taken shouldn't stop you from enjoying your day. Everyone I met was lovely and they had a massive party back home two days later for anyone who couldn't come to London so we were very careful with the dress!
Enjoy the photos!
The christmas tree was in the lobby of The Crown Plaza Hotel, Kensington.
I have this plant at home and the lighting was great there so I thought it was a perfect place to photograph the girls.
Just out of shot there's a bridesmaid crouched down holding the dress out of the mud; thank you! London Corporate Cabs attention to detail was lovely. We sent a bridesmaid in to check the coast was clear.
Meeting the boys. The ceremony. A phone/ipad free aisle photo is so rare; I'm really pleased with it.
Confetti is allowed at Chelsea Old Town Hall; thank you!
One of the photos of this combination got photo bombed by someone in the pub window; he had to by the bride and groom a drink.
Sadly their dog had to stay in a dog hotel for the wedding but these two were passing with their owner as we were taking pictures. The front dog is doing the classic glamour pose; showing front and back. I had NOTHING to do with this; honestly. The groomsmen writing their speeches, about 3 minutes before they were meant to give them. The first dance. Cutting the cake.
Massive thank you to everyone who made it happen especially:
