Flower Headdress Making Workshop.

Last month I went to a flower headdress making workshop with Ellie and Anna from http://www.theflowerappreciationsociety.co.uk. I didn't know anyone there but everyone was really chatty and friendly. The girls showed us how to do it, let us use their tools and put out a beautiful selection of flowers to use. They helped us out when we thought bits of the headdresses didn't look quite right, and explained how to do it better. They also had a lot of advice about what flowers work better for them, like which ones take longer to wilt (really useful if you're choosing flowers for a summer wedding bouquet or headdress).  I had a really good evening and I'd love to make another one, I'm off to hobby craft to get wire and stemtex.
